Skoltech University offers a Fully Funded Scholarship to international students. These scholarship covers:
- Total Tuition Fee will be covered by the University.

- Monthly Stipend for MSc: 40,000 rubles/month.
- Monthly Stipend for PhD: 70,000 rubles/month.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are open to domestic and international students.
- For Master Program: An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- For Doctoral Programs: An appropriate Master’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
- Applicants who already have a master’s degree can also apply.
- TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a university English-language degree.
- Submission of a General GRE score is not a requirement of the Skoltech application.
- There are no minimum GPA requirements.
